SPOT GPS
I went out and bought a Spot gps(the one i posted about previously) and found that I have to pay 100$ and to use it. Also to get it to track its position every 10 min. is and extra 50$.

Solar charger
  I was making a solar charger to help keep the camera charged in flight but the panel i found out i was using wasn’t putting out enough amps to charge the camera or a phone. So…NOTE TO SELF talk to Mr.Better about a panel that will put out 1amp (100mA) minimum.

Found a good way to track via GPS
http://www.findmespot.com/en/index.php could get a little pricey but… if I can get a grant from Rei they sell these as well as valuable camera equipment I could defiantly use!
